I have to agree that talking things out...Dear Jeff,<br />I have to agree that talking things out makes them more bearable. That doesn't mean that they lose significance, either--become small, I mean.<br /><br />I think talking things out allows you to fit that new, ungainly piece into your world--to use it and have its importance be constructive rather than destructive.
